Are you not completely satisfied with the items you ordered?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt, without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. Once the seal is broken, your order becomes final and can no longer be returned.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product. If you return the full order, you will receive a refund of the full order amount including the original shipping costs. If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs are for the consumer. Only the costs for returning the products to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €3.95–€6.95 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us viainfo@creativecosmetics.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
If the product or its packaging is damaged more than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we may charge you for any depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Step 2:Write your order number and contact details on a note and include it with the products you are returning.
